About Me

I’m Pascale, a yoga teacher passionate about helping people connect with themselves, their bodies, and their authentic way of being. My path has led me from science and healthcare to yoga, meditation, and yoga therapy, shaping a practice that’s both grounded and intuitive. My extensive training in yoga—over 600 hours of general yoga study and 800 hours of Yoga Therapy training, accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT)—gives me the knowledge and expertise to guide you safely and effectively, supporting your wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal growth.
