A healing circle co-hosted by Pascale Bouchard, a Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher and Regression Hynotist, as well as Vincent Lamontagne, student of Shamanism and of non-ordinary states of consciousness.
A restorative and healing event incorporating Holotropic Breathwork, Reiki and Yoga Asana. Holotropic is the Greek word for “moving towards wholeness”. This practice combines accelerated breathing with evocative music to guide one into an altered state of consciousness, access deeper laters of our minds, bodies and spirits, and initiate a natural inner healing process towards transformation and wholeness. During the breathwork, Pascale will be practicing Reiki, a Japanese healing modality involving the channeling of universal energy to promote inner peace and relaxation. Pascale will lead a yoga practice to prepare you for the breathwork experience, warming up the body and opening the heart.
